Above is in the plane. this is what it looks like if you look out the window.  This is the Delta of the Rio de la Plata. This is were the two main rivers (Paraná and Uruguay Rivers) join into the River Plate. Paraná City is on the margins of the Paraná River.

below is me at the air port next to a heart.

This is a traditional drink (fernet con/with  cola). Adults only though... see they serve it with peanuts and little stick thingies (palitos)

Exiting news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my great grand mother has turned 100!!!!!!!!! here is a photo of her.(below) (above is a photo of all the girls at the party). (I think there two boys can you find them???)

-------------------------------------------

I  went on a tour bus and saw lots of things (That means I saw were san martin (san marten) was buried!!!) We went with my family.

Down: ¨9 de Julio av¨ It's widest avenue in the world. (mind there are two extra lanes that are not shown in the picture). At the far end there is the ¨Obelisco¨.

Below: This is the ¨Coliseo¨. It´s the place were San Martin is buried. It's in 'Plaza de Mayo'.

Around this 'Plaza' or quarter we also find the Goverment's house (The Pink House).

Below is the Argentinian Flag. There is a sun in the flag but you can´t see it.

This is the Pink House (Casa Rosada). The color was decided by the goverment at the time because it was the mixture of the colors that represented the two main political parties (Red and White).

Below: The bus took us to "La Boca" neighbourhood. This is the old port of Buenos Aires and were the first immigrants to the region first settled. Most of the houses were built with corrugated iron and the colors come from the discarded paint of the boats. They are a bit crazy all together.

This is a huge spider (it was very cool!!!)

Below is the old passenger ferry in La boca.

Inside a Bar in La Boca

Coming back from La Boca we came past 'Puerto Madero'. This is also part of the Port... just a newly developed area in the waterfront of the River Plate (Rio de la Plata)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First day we went to the Calesita (merry go round). The men at the calesita has a wooden stick that has a metal key at the end. He moves it very fast and as the calesita turns you have to try and get it... If you suceed you get a free ride. And it's not easy!!!!!! :)

This is my cousin 'Candelaria'

This are some interesting stands / shops around the city.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When we arrived carola (my grandmum)  and Panchi (my granddad ) picked us up and we went straight to their house. It's  the  first floor of this building. My Great Grandmum  lives  on  fourth floor of this same building.

Hi James and Gemma and TARAIRE, last week we were in Bali.

In  Bali  we  staid  in  a  place  called Ubud.

There was lots  of  strawberry  juice   and  chocolate  milkshakes.

The best part was that the house we staid in had a pool, you  could get  massages and  we  went to a bird park and  a reptile park and  there are very sandy beaches.

And  the  ice-cream was delicious . At the bird  park I had a parrot on my head.

I also held a  turtle. We went to a sacred  monkey forest. The monkeys  climbed on Felix’ head and gave him a nit check  and he  had a nit on his shirt it looked disgusting. Our friends dog  Spot  has only  3  legs.

Their cats have no tails, and me and my mum got to sleep In a princes bed but the

Room was white and there was a door that lead to a temple garden. The sushi was spectacular.  Our friend showed us his school and it was called green school.
