I went on a tour bus and saw lots of things (That means I saw were san martin (san marten) was buried!!!) We went with my family.

Down: ¨9 de Julio av¨ It's widest avenue in the world. (mind there are two extra lanes that are not shown in the picture). At the far end there is the ¨Obelisco¨.

Below: This is the ¨Coliseo¨. It´s the place were San Martin is buried. It's in 'Plaza de Mayo'.
Around this 'Plaza' or quarter we also find the Goverment's house (The Pink House).

Below is the Argentinian Flag. There is a sun in the flag but you can´t see it.

This is the Pink House (Casa Rosada). The color was decided by the goverment at the time because it was the mixture of the colors that represented the two main political parties (Red and White).

Below: The bus took us to "La Boca" neighbourhood. This is the old port of Buenos Aires and were the first immigrants to the region first settled. Most of the houses were built with corrugated iron and the colors come from the discarded paint of the boats. They are a bit crazy all together.

This is a huge spider (it was very cool!!!)

Below is the old passenger ferry in La boca.

Inside a Bar in La Boca

Coming back from La Boca we came past 'Puerto Madero'. This is also part of the Port... just a newly developed area in the waterfront of the River Plate (Rio de la Plata)

First day we went to the Calesita (merry go round). The men at the calesita has a wooden stick that has a metal key at the end. He moves it very fast and as the calesita turns you have to try and get it... If you suceed you get a free ride. And it's not easy!!!!!! :)

This is my cousin 'Candelaria'
